Steamy stooli
A concept for heated public/outdoor furniture
This is a hollow concrete stool with a kettle element embedded inside. When it is filled with water and connected to electricity it heats up.
Steamy was used as a tool to validate the concept of heated public furniture. It helped us to experience heated furniture first hand and further our research by conducting user tests and focus groups.
